What would the experiment need to earn?

Explore your assumptions before deciding what to spend. This calculator does not predict sales or measure your business’s actual profit.

Your working assumptions.

Public prices checked October 12, 2026. Managed starts at the displayed amount; use your actual quote. Features differ by plan.

Revenue collected for one completed sale, before delivery costs.

Include materials, labor, shipping, payment fees, and other costs that rise with each sale.

Use a whole number. Include a zero-sale case when testing the downside.

Include preparation, travel, advertising, or extra support costs for this experiment.

The calculation.

Contribution per sale = sale price − delivery cost per sale. Incremental contribution = additional completed sales × contribution per sale.

Estimated net benefit = incremental contribution − subscription cost − other incremental costs. Break-even additional sales = total incremental costs ÷ contribution per sale, rounded up to a whole sale.

What the numbers leave open.

Include all relevant incremental costs. Fixed overhead, tax, owner time, financing, and changes to existing sales may also matter. Freed capacity is not automatically cash savings. Review fulfillment capacity and a zero-sale case; software alone does not cause the outcome.
